
Madhuri dixit known as an Indian actress, is recognized for her roles as Beta, Saajan, and Hum Aapke Hain Koun ..!'. She started her career in 1980s and became famous for her role in the movie "Tezaab" in which she was a co-star with Anil Kapoor who is a veteran actor. Next, she appeared in the movie "Dil" where she shared screen space with Aamir Khan. She was born in the Mumbai middle-class family and began dancing as a child. At the age of a teenager, she tried acting and was unsuccessful for several years. Then she found success and eventually, she would be a leading actress in the Indian film industry. After her marriage was over, she took a break but went back to the entertainment business. She also played a crucial part in the film "Gulaab Gang," which was a documentary about the challenges faced by Indian women. Dixit was nominated for fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she was awarded eight. She also received the Padma Shri award, India's fourth-highest civilian award.
